If you're staying downtown, there are two metro parks you can explore including Middlegrounds and the Glass City Metro Park. Near Inverness, you can explore Wildwood Metro Park.

Toledo Spirits is one of Malena’s favorite downtown stops! Toledo Spirits Co., founded in 2013, is committed to creating premium spirits that capture the essence of our region and celebrate the art of craft distilling. The produce engaging spirits using meaningfully-sourced ingredients and traditional techniques. They also have Heavy Brewing in the lower level of the historic warehouse.

Absolutely the best sushi and sashimi we’ve ever had. Kengo the owner and sushi chef from Japan is a good friend of J.P. and Malena.
Middlegrounds Metro Park
A part of the Metro Parks Toledo system, this park is just down the street from where Malena and Duke Bear lived downtown!
Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel
The Heights restaurant and bar is on the roof of the Renaissance Downtown Hotel and has spectacular views of the Maumee River and downtown.
