Thank you so much for joining us in one of our favorite places, Alaska! We know that for almost all of you this is your first time in Alaska, so we want to make sure you love it as much as we do! We've compiled a list of all the different places to stay and other travel arrangements for your convenience.
Flight
We recommend flying into Fairbanks International Airport. We live in Fairbanks, and it is the closest airport to Denali. The drive between Fairbanks and Denali is about 2 hours, and it is a very easy scenic drive.
Hotel
Pikes Waterfront Lodge is a nice hotel in Fairbanks. We are adding this to the list of hotels specifically if your flight gets in late and you need to stay in Fairbanks before coming to Denali. This hotel is close to the airport and offers a FREE shuttle service to and from the airport as well as the train station.

The Aurora Denali Lodge is also located in Healy which is the neighboring town to Denali. This is where we are having our reception. This is a good option if you do not want to drive back to where you are staying after our celebration. It is 5 minutes away from Otto Lake which is where we plan on having our small ceremony. We have done a room block here for 10 rooms from the 29th to the 31st. We can adjust this number as needed. All guests must book here by July 16th to secure a room in our room block per hotel policy. Therefore, please book your room sooner rather than later. The rate they are giving us is $219 plus tax per night. Each room has two queen beds. To book please call the hotel at (907) 683-4500 and mention that you are apart of the "Weber Wedding". Upon booking you will have to put down a $35 deposit and the rest of the room rate will be due upon arrival. Check in is at 2:30pm. The Denali Aurora Lodge also gives its guest a 10% off on any Black Diamond tour you may want to do while visiting.

Hotel
The Totem Inn is located in Healy, where the wedding reception will be held. It is about 15 minutes away from Denali. It is right across from the grocery store, Three Bears, which makes it convenient. The Totem Inn also has a pub onsite for some drinks or food.
Hotel
The Chalet is a great option for our guests to stay at. Located in Denali, it is about a 15 minute drive to our ceremony/reception. It is right across from all of the shops and restaurants. They offer a free shuttle to all of its guests into Denali National Park. You can also book excursions very easily, and they pick you up right out front of the hotel. This is great option if you are looking to see everything Denali has to offer, as it is right on the river. Additionally, the Chalet property is also where Denali Square is located. There is live music and bonfires every night you can enjoy. You can also get an inside glimpse into our love story because this is where we spent a lot of our time. We recommend booking your stay here as soon as possible because the rooms fill up quickly due to the cruise tourists.
Hotel
This is another great option for our guests to stay in as it is considered the sister property to the McKinley Chalet Resort. The two hotels are right next to each other and are within walking distance. The Princess is also right across from all of the shops, and runs a free shuttle in and out of Denali National Park. There are lots of good restaurants on property like The King Salmon and Grizzly Burger. There are also a handful of nice shops on property as well. **We recommend booking your stay here as soon as possible because the rooms fill up quickly due to the cruise tourists.**
Hotel
You are more than welcome to book your own Airbnb if you choose! There are several cabins in Healy or the Denali area.
Rental Car
We recommend using the Expedia website to find a rental car at the airport. Feel free to make arrangements to carpool together. The drive from Fairbanks to Denali is 2 hours. *You will not be able to get a rental car in Denali.*
Train
The Alaskan Railroad is an excursion in itself! This is a good option if you don't want to rent a car but want to get to Denali from Fairbanks or Anchorage if you choose. There are 2 ticket options: "Gold Star" or "Adventure Class". The main difference being the the Gold Star is has a glass dome ceiling versus the Adventure Class being a regular train with large windows. The drive is very pretty, and it will be a great way to see all of the foliage and possibly some wildlife. The train takes about 4 hours to get from Fairbanks to Denali. The cost for a oneway Adventure Class ticket from Fairbanks to Denali is $91. The train departs at 8:20am and arrives in Denali National Park at 12:10pm. You are allowed to check luggage on the train similar to an airplane. If you choose to take the train you will have to purchase a roundtrip ticket or make arrangements to carpool with someone back to the airport. *There are absolutely no rentals cars in Denali!*
