Where is the ceremony ?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Baxter Farms in the covered pavilion .

where is the reception ?

Answer

The reception will follow immediately after the ceremony and will be held in the covered pavilion.

what is the dress code ?

Answer

We would love to see our family & friends get dressed up with us ! We ask that you dress in cocktail/ semi-formal attire. Women may wear dress, slacks , jumpsuit or anything resembling “cocktail” attire. Men may wear dress shirt with khakis or slacks or a suit & tie. No jeans or shorts are allowed !

Can I bring a guest ?

Due to the venue capacity , you may only bring a plus one if it is stated on your invitation and when your RSVP We would love to keep the wedding intimate with only close friends and family 🤍

Can I bring my children ?

Answer

Unless your children are stated on the invitation and when you RSVP to the event, this is an adult only event. Please use this as an excuse for a date night !

Is there parking on site ?

Answer

When you arrive , you will make your way to the top and you will be directed on where to park. For those who have trouble walking , there is a spot to be dropped off before you get to the parking lot.

what time should I arrive ?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

What happens after the ceremony ?

Answer

After the ceremony , the bridal party will begin to take pictures on the ground for 45 minutes to and hour. Guest will be directed down the ramp for 10-15 minutes while the reception is arranged for cocktail hour where they will begin serving beverages.
