It is hard to predict exactly what the weather will be, but it will more than likely be quite chilly once the sun sets. We recommend bringing a jacket for the reception.
Typically, a wedding in the woods would make you think casual, however the Bride would love to see her guests dressed up in their best formal/coctail attire. That being said, the ground is not necessarily flat in all areas due to the animals stomping around in their natural habitat so wear shoes that can handle some miscellaneous holes here and there.
Parking will be along the dirt road next to the cabin. There is also a nearby "no camping area" that can accommodate several cars. We will try and have some "taxi" services in the Can-ams to bring guests to the cabin that have a little further parking.
Not at all. The address on google maps takes you right to it. We will have signs out along the road that you can follow to reassure you that you are headed in the right direction. Going about 30 mph it will take you about 20 minutes.
We are planning on enjoying the night as long as we can but we plan on being done around 10 pm. You are welcome to come and go as you please and whatever you are comfortable with. We realize it is not the easiest venue to get to and driving in the dark is not for everyone so if you need to leave after the wedding or shortly after dinner we completely understand.
Tanner and Makenna are registered at Amazon and Zola both of which you can find on this website. If you would like to have the gifts shipped so you don't have to bring them please feel free to do so. There will be a place for cards at the wedding so that is an option as well.
1-Kleenex in case you have happy tears! 2-Cash for the Money dance with bride and groom and tip jar for our open bar! 3-Comfy shoes if you want to hit the dance floor comfortably. 4-Jacket in case it's chilly. 5-Big smiles for a great night!
Please feel free to call or text Lindsay Barton (Mother of the Bride) with ANY questions or concerns you may have! 602.828.2900
There is not phone reception where the wedding and reception will take place. You can go down the road to get reception but please plan on knowing use of cell service is very limited there at the Bunch Cabin. Please plan accordingly to know you will not be able to use your phone for calls, texting or internet while at the wedding location.
