Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're requesting guests to wear creative black tie attire. We've included a link below to better understand what this may entail. What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Historically, the weather in this area has a high of 76 degrees and a low of 56 degrees on our wedding date. We plan to hold our wedding during the evening time, which may be a little colder, so please dress for the weather.

How do I get to the venue? / What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our venue address is 3594 Windsor Manor Rd, Hephzibah, GA 30815, putting the address into your smartphone typically gets you to the location without any issues. We do ask that once you reach the private driveway that you continue to drive straight until you see the manor as there is an opening to the left that may be confusing. As for arrival time, we intend the ceremony to begin at 5 PM and ask that guests arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure all guests are in attendance.

Where should guests park? / Is parking free?

Answer

Our venue does have free parking! Once you can see the manor, parking is to your left in the grass. We ask that guests be mindful of parking space, as we have other guests who will need parking as well.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do not have any hotel blocks reserved for guests. However, we have composed a list of hotels within the area that are no more than 30 minutes away from our venue. You can find these recommendations on our accommodations page.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided.

Question

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? / Any special diet options?

Answer

We will definitely be providing dinner for our guests! Our caterer is a BBQ food truck, however we do not have any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options available to chose from.

When is the RSVP deadline/ Do I need to mail back my RSVP/ can I do it online?

Answer

We ask that all guests RSVP by September 17, 2022. There is absolutely no need to mail back an RSVP. We highly encourage our guests to RSVP online through our wedding website, you can find this under the Run Away With the Randalls page!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #RunAwayWithTheRandalls so we can keep track of all of your pictures! As a heads up our Ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony, we will plan to include a social media minute once both brides have made it to the altar, but do request that you 'disconnect to connect"!
