Caleb and I met in December 18th, 2019. We met while getting our bachelor’s degrees at Fitchburg State University. On January 28th, 2020, Caleb asked me to be his girlfriend, after a few weeks of going on dates and spending time together. After, almost two months of dating, the pandemic had began and we were physically separated by the lockdowns in place. During this time, we FaceTimed and talked on the phone every night until we were able to see each other again. By this time, I had finished my degree and was still living in Fitchburg and Caleb was back home in Amesbury doing school from home where Caleb and I would drive multiple hours a week to see each other. Eventually, I moved to Methuen to be closer to Caleb and my family. In the Fall of 2021, Caleb took an internship in New York City. While it was hard being so far apart, our love for each other only grew stronger everyday. From this point on, we decided that we never wanted to live apart again. Once Caleb returned from NYC, we began looking for our first place together. We moved into our first home in Groveland in July 2022. After roughly two weeks of living in our home, we had the opportunity to rescue our fur baby, Kevin in August 2022. In January 2023, Caleb and I went on a cruise to the Bahamas to celebrate our third anniversary. On the morning of January 28th, 2023, Caleb woke up early and asked me to go watch the sunrise on the deck. As the beautiful sun came up that morning, Caleb got down on his knee and asked me to be his wife. I said yes before Caleb could get the whole question out. The rest is history!
