Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes. The block is located at the Residence Inn by Marriott Springfield Chicopee. To view how to book a room, go to the Hotels & Travel page.

Will there be events at the hotel?

Answer

No. All events will be taking place in Brimfield. The hotel block is to offer a group rate for those traveling into the state. If you'd like to find a closer alternative, there are hotels located in Sturbridge (which is the town over).

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes. Everyone that would like to take the shuttle needs to meet in the hotel lobby at 2:15pm. There will be a shuttle at the end of the evening to return back to the hotel at 10:15pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden party dressy to Black tie optional. Reference this Pinterest board if you want examples: https://pin.it/7cAG0zu This event will be both indoor and outdoor with grass, pavement, stone, and gravel walkways. Feel free to bring a pair of shoes or wear something you'll feel comfortable in throughout the day.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, there will be a space where you can share your allergies, aversions, and dietary restrictions. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to Stacey or Daniel.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of free parking available at the venue.

I saw on the schedule there will be various activities. Should I bring anything?

Answer

Throughout the evening, around the property, there will be lawn games, casino games, golf, fishing (stocked pond), walking trails, and a pool. Please feel free to bring golf clubs and accessories, a fishing rod, comfy shoes, and a bathing suit. There will be some items on the property but availability is limited and first come, first serve.
