Jasmine B.

Matron of Honor

Meghan and I met in Freshman year of high school, when we were 14 years old. There were these little rumors going around that we didn’t like each other. It was so silly because prior to that we have never met. So one day, Meg and I introduced ourselves to each other and have been sisters ever since! A fun fact about me is that I write my ‘s’ from bottom to top.

Jessica C.

Matron of Honor

Hi! I’m Jessica :) Meghan & I met through mutual friends over bowling & margaritas. Which then turned into spontaneous hang outs, the occasional soul cycle class & always always pho dates (our cure for everything!) Meg has a natural way of making you feel comfortable, seen & loved. She is a keeper forrrsure — Kev is one LUCKY guy! Fun fact: my husband met her first, in Vegas on my birthday (!!) when I couldn’t party with them yet. Little did I know it’d be one of my most cherished gifts to have our paths cross & be intertwined forevaaaa <3

Anna B.

Bridesmaid

Hi, I’m Anna. Meghan and I met in San Francisco where we were co-workers in a dental office. It was both of our first jobs in the city and we instantly became good friends. Throughout the years, we’ve both moved on to other jobs (and school) but our close bond hasn’t changed!
Fun Fact: I have two cat fur babies at home – Uni and Miso! One is the perfect little angel baby and one is a big monster. Guess who’s who?!

CandieP.

Bridesmaid

Meghan and I met in dental hygiene school. We both connected quickly because we were always looking out for our peers, all while being silly and studious sat the same time. Fun fact: I am an inverted coconut (white on the outside, but Latina/Filipino on the inside), and if you know me, you know this!

MaddieY.

Bridesmaid

I have the greatest honor of being Meghan’s big sis from our sorority days back at UCI! We bonded during our countless shopping and sprinkles dates, and found we had so much in common aside from our zodiac sign! Over the years I’ve seen her grow to be the incredible woman she is today, and I absolutely cannot wait to celebrate with her and Kevin on their big day!

Michelle C.

Bridesmaid

I met Meghan in my first few weeks of dental hygiene school. I didn’t really know what I was doing nor who to ask for help. Like the angel that Meghan is, we instantly bonded and she adopted me as her “little.” If it was not for Meghan, hygiene school would not have been as manageable. She is forever my soul sister and no matter how much time has passed, we’re in sync. Her infectious energy and laugh is what brings so much joy upon others and myself. I am beyond happy that she has found a partner that matches her energy and cares about her and everyone else that is in her life. Fun Fact - Traveling for food is my jam. I’m a firm believer that food is what brings us closer to others.

Serena W.

Bridesmaid

It’s a match! Meghan and I met through bumblebff, and just like that we went on our first girls date and it truly felt like we had been friends for years. Having Meghan in my life is truly an honor as she is the smartest and sweetest girl that I know. My favorite memory of Meghan was when she became a dog mom to Bruno- all the happiness and endless smiles that filled her life after (and more dog outfits that I could count). I love Meghan for her huge heart and infectious laugh. I can’t wait to see her marry her better half.

Tricia M.

Bridesmaid

I’m Tricia, Meg’s sister-in-law! I met Meg in person at our family Christmas dinner in 2020. From that evening I saw why my brother fell for a sweet soul like Meg. Like a sister, she’s been there for me through the ups and down. I’m lucky to have her as my SIL and honored to be beside her on their big day!

Zaira B.

Bridesmaid

Zaira makes up 1/3 of the Thursday Trio- a group founded in 2015, where two extreme extroverts (see Candie and the bride herself) have adopted an introvert (Zaira), and have kept each other sane while they worked insanely long hours on projects and papers on dental hygiene. Zaira has since been (happily and voluntarily) stuck in Meghan's life and at some point has been reported to wake up Meghan by whisper-screaming "Meehan!" by her bedroom window so as not to draw any unwanted attention.

Adrian R.

Best Man

Hey everybody I’m Adrian aka Ram. Kevin and I go way back. I met Kevin from his ex from 2012? We became close after we went to edc and it was history since then. I never would have thought I would get close to him, but we had so many similarities. We went from just knowing each other to working out almost everyday and hanging out just to pass time. Fun fact about me is I am a collector of collections. I have a collection of many things but mostly sneakers. Kevin and I have grown so much from when we first met. I’m proud of who we are today from both of us deciding to go back to school and getting better careers. I’m honored and excited to be a part of Meg and Kev's big day. I love you guys. Thank you for being yourselves and always having my back no matter what.

Bryan Q.

Best Man

I'm Bryan! I met Kevin in high school when he was the "bald cholo kid" and I was the "socially awkward kid" with ashy legs. We were the total opposite, but we so happen to have a brotherly bond that has lasted almost 20 years. Fun fact about me is people don't call me Bryan, they call me Q.

Bobby A.

Groomsman

Do you remember when or how we met?...Cuz I don’t lol. But I’m pretty sure we clicked right away. You’re definitely one of the most genuine kind hearted people I know. You look tough on the outside, but you soft af bro lol. I know you always got my back and I got yours, and that’s all that matters.

Brandon B.

Groomsman

I met Kevin at the height of the pandemic. While people were getting colder and more distant, he met me with warmth, respect and generosity. Qualities I will always love about him! Fun fact about me: I was the officiant at the Manalang Micro-Wedding!

Dino M.

Groomsman

My name is Dino and I've known Kevin for as long as I can remember, which is a pretty long time (I recall taking a bath as a wee child in his kitchen sink). I didn't really get to grow up alongside him, but almost every time I'd see him once or twice a year, he'd be into something new. Sports one year, graffiti the next. He was even into boxing for a good while (a time my cousins and I still have mental bruises from). No matter the stage or phase in life, Kevin would always be the same at his core: respectful, loyal, and loving of his family. By the way, I'm one of Kevin's many cousins. Born and raised in San Francisco, I'm an avid lover of weird video games and cartoons. Seriously, name a cartoon and there's a high chance I at least know of it.

JoeyP.

Groomsman

Kevin and I met before memory was a core thought process for me. We have been in and around each others lives in all stages; though the prevalence of our hangouts were always varied- the love we share is irrefutable. Whether he was beating me up and calling it a game, teaching me how to climb roofs and scale fences, or how to play beer pong and most importantly how to take a joke. Though his love language is no longer so juvenile and it’s almost annoyingly too heathy now ( it’s not, really, I absolutely adore it) one thing is certain, his heart has always been pure. From days immemorable to the present, I always knew I had family in Kevin. Fun fact about me… and Kevin, we learned how to kiss together…. As we would practice on door frames growing up. Love you brodie.

Joey V.

Groomsman

Hello all, My name is Joe Vergara, and I am an Occupational Safety Technician serving in the US Air Force for over a decade. I have a beautiful wife named Nina, who also serves, a five-year-old son named Jalen, who is a handful, and a two-year-old daughter named Juliana, who is my princess. My interests are classic chevy's, relaxing when I have time, personal growth, and spending time with my family. I met Kevin when he was bald, wore knee-high socks, and wore Nike Cortez's. Believe it or not, the first thing he said to me was, "Orale homes." I also saw Kevin grow into a person who reaped life's benefits because he works hard and deserves the best. As you can see, he now has hair and a wife. I respect and love Kevin as if he were my brother, and we always remained close friends even when I lived across the globe; he's one of those guys that follow their own direction, and you have to admire something about that. Thanks, V/r JOSEPH G VERGARA, SSgt, USAF

KennyT.

Groomsman

I met Kevin from a person we shall not name haha....We met about 10 years ago and we built a strong friendship and great memories ever since. We bonded over fireworks at EDC many years ago and that is where it all started. Fun fact: I was about to go play D1 football

Groomsman

What’s good y’all! This is Kevin’s one and only brother. I done seen Kevin the minute he was born into this world. Seeing him from a baby to a grown ass man has been such a blessing. It’s so inspirational to have seen him overcome all the obstacles and learn from mistakes and life lessons. I’m happy that you’ve found your queen of hearts to match up with the king of hearts to create such a royal couple. To Meghan, I personally want to thank you for giving my brother the opportunity to show that he’s a great guy. I wish y’all forever happiness.

Mike M.

Groomsman

Few random statements that come to mind when thinking of Kevin: -I sometimes call Kevin “Bil” for Brother-in-law. -When I first heard of Kevin I thought he was a red flag for my sister, Meghan. -After meeting him, he proved that he is a green flag. -He’s a cool dude. One of my fav memories with Kevin and my sister is getting “Crazy Wine” in Napa Valley CA. (inside story) I know Kevin is Crazy in Love with my sister. And they are Crazy in Love with each other. Which makes me Crazy happy. Cheers to everlasting future Crazy Wine together.

Tee-J A.

Groomsman

Hey guys! My name is Jan-Bernard aka Tee-j aka Kevin’s self proclaimed favorite cousin. I’ve known Kevin since 1993 and we grew up sleeping over at each others houses consisting of video games, wrestling matches, hide and go seek in the dark, and fear factor home edition. A little fun fact about me is that I probably get boba at least once every week.
