What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at 3:30pm, so please plan to arrive at 3:00pm.

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:30pm, so please plan to arrive at 3:00pm. The ceremony will take place from 3:30-4:00pm, followed by cocktail hour from 4:00-5:00pm. Dinner and dancing to follow until 10:00pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will take place outside on grass. Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors while the reception will be indoors (with the option to enjoy the outdoor area throughout the night). While Reno in September is a beautiful time of year (the high is usually in the low 80s), it can get chilly at night so we recommend bringing a light coat/jacket. There will be a coat check at the venue.

We’ll only be able to accommodate the guests who were formally named on your invitation.

Is there parking at The Elm Estate?

Answer

Yes! The Elm Estate has plenty of free parking.

Question

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotels?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to and from the hotels. However, it is very easy to get an Uber/Lyft in Reno and there is free parking at The Elm Estate if you prefer to drive. The Elm Estate is only about a 5-10 minute drive from all of the hotels listed on the "Hotels" section of our website.

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

If you would like to purchase a gift from our registry, we kindly ask guests to mail the gift directly to the address listed. There will be a card box at the wedding.
