Is there an all-inclusive option?
Answer
TO ADD AN ALL-INCLUSIVE OPTION: The price is an additional $150 per guest/day. Includes 3 meals per day, all drinks (call brands, frozen drinks, domestic and imported beers, house wines by the glass), and 15% gratuity for food/bev services. Must be booked and paid directly to hotel 30 days prior to arrival. Guest must book entire stay with 3 day minimum. Email Linda at linda@heartandsoulunions.com up to 30 days prior to the wedding to book.
Question
What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
Our ceremony will be on the beautiful St. Thomas beach right next to Emerald Beach Resort. We recommend a button down shirt and pants/shorts for the men and any comfortable dress/skirt for the ladies for this event (and comfortable shoes to walk in the sand!). The weather will be in the mid 70s to 80s in December, so wear whatever will help you best enjoy the day.

Do I have to stay at Emerald Beach Resort?
Answer
No you do not! There should be plenty of alternative options if you choose another place to stay. However, we have secured a reduced rate for Emerald Beach that will be cheaper than other hotels and more convenient.

Can I use my phone to take pictures/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We request that during the ceremony you refrain from using any electronics and enjoy it with us in real time. Our photographer will do all the work in capturing the moment! After the ceremony feel free to snap as many pictures as you want.

What should I do for food/drinks while I am in St. Thomas?
Answer
If you choose to stay at Emerald Beach Resort, there is a complimentary $25/day voucher for food and drinks within the resort. There are many restaurants within the area if you choose to stay elsewhere!

Do I have to stay Thursday-Monday?
Answer
Nope! We are excited for and appreciate your presence for any length of time while we celebrate. Make it a vacation to escape the winter or just a long weekend: whatever works for you!
