It all started in December of 2016 when Maegan and Caitlin made a trip over to Seattle. Both college athletes at the time, they spent their days in ATI (Maegan's Uncles gym) and Loren was training them so we stayed in shape. Well at least that was what Caitlin was there for, Maegan had, had her eyes on Loren and his charming charisma. After a week in Seattle and spending New Years Eve with Maegan's brother and Sister-In-Law, Caitlin and Maegan made there way back to Spokane. Once they arrived, Maegan decided she was going back to get the guy that caught her eye, but not before she had lunch with her biggest fan, Grandma Theresa. She explained the situation, and said she was going back today. Grandma Tess asked "Well does he even like you?", an honest question and one Maegan didn't know the answer to but was going to find out. Maegan asked Grandma not to tell anyone, which she held up her side of the deal. Maegan returned to Seattle on January 2nd 2017, she got her answer to Grandma Tess's questions just 2 days after during a game night at Kirk and Cari's. Who knew a game of "Cards Against Humanity" would be the beginning of this love story. January 4th 2017 was the start of it all, Loren lost the game and Maegan picked all of her Uncles cards but the chemistry was real and everyone knew it. The rest is history, we spent 2 years doing distance, moved to LA, moved back to Seattle, had our ups and downs, and that's just life and a life we wouldn't want to do with anyone else next to us.
