We prefer that our guests match the color theme of the bridal party: Sage green, solid earth tone colors. Guys: Boots and jeans. Gals: Dresses and cowgirl boots are encouraged!
Guests begin to arrive at 4 p.m. for a cocktail hour. Dinner is served at 5 p.m. We will have wedding activities and dancing. The reception will conclude at 10 p.m. with the newlywed send-off!
Please RSVP by Nov 22 so we can ensure we have enough food, create the seating chart and provide our venue a guest count.
Your invitation includes your household. Due to limited space in the venue, please text the bride or groom to ensure we have adequate space if you would like to bring a guest outside your household. After our allotted count, our venue will charge per person.
We will text you if the roads are icy and we need to cancel. Pray for great weather, and please bring your coat and blankets to snuggle next to the fire for smore time! The main events will be indoors.
No, please arrange your transportation by Uber or Lyft.
Yes. It is BYOB. The bartender will serve beer, wine, and two signature drinks with Tequila and Vodka. We will also have mocktails, coffee, and cocoa. Please bring your preferred alcohol and hand it to the bartender when you arrive. No shots are allowed. A security officer will monitor the event, and the bar will promptly close at 10 p.m.
Because the bride and groom are moving to the military base in California, they do not have room to bring gifts. Gift cards, such as Amazon, Target, or Home Goods, are appreciated as they don't take up space and allow the newlyweds to furnish their home when they arrive after a road trip from TX. Fast food restaurants such as Chick-fil-A, and Starbucks will be helpful as they road trip from TX to CA. If you prefer to give a monetary gift, you can Zelle Mady by cell number 661-886-0585 or Venmo @madygrace_03. We are grateful for your generosity.
