What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm. Please be seated by 5:15 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be complimentary parking at the Church and the City Club to follow. Please follow onsite directions at First United Methodist. City Club address: 301 Commerce Street. Located in the Bank of America Tower. Complimentary parking is available after 6 pm weekends in Garage 2. Garage 2 address is 401 Calhoun Street. Take Garage Elevator to Level 3 and cross the Skybridge into the B of A Tower, Take elevators marked 3-12 to the City Club's level 3 Concierge

Will there be time off between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Following the ceremony, guests can continue to the City Club for cocktail hour. Refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be served as guests arrive in the Oak Room.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome to the ceremony, however, to allow all of our guest to enjoy an evening of relaxation, we politely request adult attendance only

Yes, please just write a note on the RSVP or message Madison at 817-991-9155 the week prior to May 4th.
