Why Palm Springs?

Answer

Palm Springs (and Salavation Mountain!) was the first overnight trip we took together. We were both freelancers at the time, so we took off a random Tuesday in the dead of summer. Usually unbearably hot that time of year, the city was practically empty. Luckily for us, the weather was lovely, so we had wide open pools and mountain sunsets all to ourselves. The fun we had on that first trip cemented Palm Springs as one of our favorite long weekend getaway destinations.

If you want to get a head start on your outfit, we'd love to encourage bright and colorful cocktail attire. Go crazy! You know that one outfit you see on the rack or have in the back of your closet and think "I love it but where would I ever wear something that bold?" This is the place. Don't be shy.
