She’s my first little sister, and my first forever best friend. We’ve shared so many things in our lives from our love of music to probably a toothbrush at some point. None the less, my favorite memories will always be the small things! Singing and dancing anywhere and everywhere, and staying up late laughing till 2am. Though you’d be lucky to get her up past nine nowadays. She’s one of the most intelligent people I’ve ever met though you wouldn’t know it at times. :) I can’t wait to hear the speech full of embarrassing things and a small lifetime of memories. I can’t thank her enough for being there at all times, and everything she does.

Not really sure where to start with my brother, Whitney, but I do know where to end with him. He is my best friend and like a father figure to me! Even though we have had plenty of ups and downs throughout our life whether it be fights, sports, work, etc; he has always wanted the best for me. I can not say enough about him and the things he has done for me over the years. He has always had my back. Like the one soccer game in high school where I was a sophomore and had to play the last 10 minutes for the varsity team. I made a save and went to throw the ball and a guy pulled my jersey, the next thing I remember is him screaming at the guy and basically starting a fight with both teams. I just smiled and walked away. I love you bro, and could not be happier to have him as my best man.

Miranda is my youngest sister (the little baby) and my favorite tea party date! She’s the silliest of us by far, many of the best memories we’re made of pure laughter from this one. One of the best memories of this silly girl was after she caught a small glimpse of the Magic Mike movie, when she was about 7 or so she stuffed a sports bra and makes up a dance to “Pony” by Ginuwine. Even though sometimes we didn’t want her around, she’s definitely always loved to make us laugh. She also happens to be one of the kindest and most compassionate humans you’ll ever meet. She truly has a heart of gold, but with a ton of sass. Forever thankful for her, my mini me!

Let’s see, Tyler is my cousin but more like my little brother. He and I were always doing things together growing up. From staying up late playing snowboard kids at grandpa’s to him watching me take a 14 on a par 4 at Cedar Brooke golf course. Even now, we spend one night most every weekend playing games of some sort. There are lots of things I could say about him but, he and I are so alike. So much that we but heads at times. Actually a lot of the times. But no matter what we always seem to get over it and he has always been there for me, always wanting the best for me. I can’t wait for it to be his turn next, and hopefully I’ll make the cut for his.

Cailey and I met at the same place that Brock and I did. We were almost like instant friends, it all started with “You wanna go to lunch?” . From there it was an inseparable, fun packed summer. Cailey and I are so similar in some aspects but also not and I think that’s what balances our friendship. She has all the questions and I hardly ever have the answers. She’s definitely the peanut butter to my jelly. She also happens to be the truest friend, she goes right along with all my IDK’s and crazy ideas. She’s also such a planner which I love about her. She plans everything when I don’t and keeps me on the right track. One of the best friends, I could ever ask for.

Mikey, Mikey, Mikey, oh boy! This guy has been there for me no matter what, I will never forget the first time I met him. It was my first serving job, and I felt like I was the coolest guy there. I was one of like 2 guys on the staff and then HE walked in. He kind of starred at me one time when he walked by and I said, “ugh nope!” Then someone made a comment about the movie “Step Brothers” and we both finished the line at the same time. From there on it was an instant connection and we were best friends! I am so glad he can make it here for the wedding and always knew he was gonna be up here with me.

Cassie and I actually met through Brock and she may be one of the best things about spending all my time with him. It wasn’t an instant connection with us but sometimes the best friendships are built. We are so very alike in so many ways, from our slight awkwardness to our love of similar music. The funny thing is Chris Brown and throwbacks is what really sent us down this road. She really is a truly amazing human being, she’s so supportive and kind-hearted, though she will shut you down if you’re wrong but in a sweet way. Also she gave me the cutest birthday buddy ever! I’m so glad she was brought into my life!

Trent is one of the best guys I know, he was my manager at Jose Peppers and that’s where I met. It would be hard to find a harder worker than this guy, and that’s one of the things I admire about him. When we both worked together it was funny cause everyone thought he and I were brothers. Only because we are both like 6’5” and are like giants in the Mexican food industry. I have spent plenty of days with Trent from brunch’s every Sunday morning to watching USA soccer games, and playing golf all the time. I am very glad I get to call Trent my friend and am grateful he is in my life.

Jenae… Where to start? I met Jenae through Cailey, and the three of us have become so close! Jenae and I were pretty quick friends though for the most part we are pretty opposite but in the best way. We compliment each other in many aspects. Jenae is one of the sweetest, out-going, and most driven people I know! Anything she sets her mind to she’s going to do! I feel like she’s the bread to our sandwich she’s only helped bring Cailey and I closer! I’m so very lucky that Cailey brought you into my life, you are an amazing person and I adore you as a friend. Plus it’s not a PARTY until you come around! Thank you for sticking with me and our random deep conversations (haha).

Ah, good ole Lucas! Lucas has always been a best buddy to me, after all he was my point guard in emporia high basketball! We have made many, many fun memories from scaring people on Halloween with a chainsaw to making silly bets on who can chug a 2 Liter and loser goes streaking. He is one of the few I’ve kept in contact with over the years from high school and feel as if I’ll never not talk to him. He was been there for me and I for him. Him and I have always kind of had this sixth sense so to speak of what the other is thinking. For intense during a game in high school this kid was giving him a hard time dribbling the ball up the court and coming out of a time out he just looked at me and I knew that I needed to set a screen for him. I nodded and then tossed the ball in bounds ran up the court about 10 ft away and stopped … this poor kid had no idea what was waiting for him and BANG!! Lucas buddy, thanks for being a part of this day and can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!

I’m not even sure where to start here. Brock is by far more than I ever could’ve asked for. We for sure have our moments that make me wonder, but I don’t think it could’ve gotten any better. He is truly my other half. There’s so many memories in just the short time we’ve known each other that could make this life feel like a dream. Where to even start with the memories I could tell you, I’m not sure. From the first moment we spent together he has continuously made me smile. The 3 am nights laughing in bed for no reason to him blaming his farts on the dog. He truly does know how to make me smile. He is so loving and kind in most every way. I could never thank him enough for the way he strives to take care of me, and the way he makes me happy. Surely never enough for all the laughter and love he’s brought into my life. He truly is one in million!

Well not sure where to start but I’ll try. She has to truly love me, because if she didn’t she wouldn’t have put up with so many of my quirky weird awkward things I do and not left me yet. She always pushes me to do the right thing and is always having my back no matter what. I can say it’s annoying that she is always…I MEAN ALWAYS RIGHT! 😁 I have learned to never doubt her because of this. But as the saying goes “listen to the woman”, something I’m trying to get better at each day. I love her with my whole heart and can say I’m so happy she chose me to do this thing called life with. She is my rock and my whole world, I’m not sure where I would be if I hadn’t met her when I did. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for us as I’m sure it’s gonna be eventful and fun. With every up there is a down, but she knows I hate rollercoasters so I’ll do my best to limit the downs and always keep us up! I love you Madison 😘.
