I met Madilyn May of 2020. She would tell you that she made the first move to talk to me but she would be telling you wrong. I spent months playing the long game of liking her pictures on Twitter to get her to notice me! On our first real date I went with her to get new tires and then we went to the park where we eventually ended up swinging on a sing set. She had so much energy to just swing for hours if she wanted to. Shortly after that I asked her to be my girlfriend to which she almost told me she loved me but switched it up by saying “I love you….r eyes! I know that is the case too because when we did say we loved each other she did the same thing. Now we live happily together in Dallas with our cats. I am looking forward to taking on a life full of laughter, travels, and crazy cat parenting with her. Fun Facts: Madilyn was born in College Station but has moved around all of her life, mostly in the central and northeast Texas regions. Currently she lives in Dallas and works in datacenter sales for Dell Technologies. If Madilyn was a fruit, she would be a strawberry, because she’s sweet and blushes easily. She would choose to switch legs with a hippo, as they are fast but still have toenails so she could get pedicures. - Zach

Zachary played the long game in wooing me -- liking my tweets until I noticed and slid into his DMs with a cute cat meme. At the end of our first hang out, I knew I felt something really special with him, but I had no idea if he felt the same. As I was leaving to go home, Zach told me I was "pretty pretty" (he couldn't decide between saying "pretty beautiful" and "pretty" so he mashed them together in his nervousness), which made me smile the rest of the day. Within a few weeks, he asked me to be his girlfriend, making it official, and the rest is history! Zach makes me laugh every day. He's a wonderful cat dad to our sweet fur babies, and he's also the best travel partner I could ever ask for. His love, patience, and loyalty for me are just a few of his best qualities. He's my best friend, and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him! Fun facts: Zach is from Bridge City, Texas, and now lives in Dallas where he works in the plumbing distribution industry. If Zach had an extra hour in his day, he would use it for a nap. He would choose Brendan Urie to star as him in a biopic about his life, and he estimates he could take out 18-21 wolves barehanded. He enjoys all things sports, but his favorite is baseball, and his go-to fun fact is that Jim Abbott pitched a no-hitter with only one arm! - Madilyn
Lindsey Farley

Lindsey has been my best friend for 19 years and counting. I don't remember how we met; I just remember life before her and life with her! Ever since we used to play "house" (Star Wars edition, of course) together as young girls, I knew I wanted her to be my Maid of Honor for my special day. Through the years, she has never failed to make me laugh until my sides ache, and every time we would see each other again it was like we were never apart. Between late night Truth or Dare games, all day movie marathons, making funny videos, hiking "real" mountains, and reading poems to each other in ridiculous accents while we sip wine like we're old ladies from the Victorian period, I have made so many beautiful memories with Lindsey, even during some of the hardest times of my life, and am so excited to make more memories with her on our Special Day! Fun Facts: Lindsey is a music teacher in Fort Worth, Texas. She thinks pickles are disgusting (her one flaw I guess; I think pickles are amazing). If she could switch her legs with the legs of any animal, it would be the golden snub-nose monkey in order to have extra hands. And, finally, if she was to be a fruit, it would be, in her words, "a very nice apple." - Madilyn

I met Dane starting in the eighth grade. I want to say we were best friends from the start but I was pretty annoying back then so it took some time for him to warmup to me but ever since then we have been inseparable. We spent hours playing video games together, playing basketball in our driveways, or at the very least just talking and laughing. We used to get sonic burgers every day after school once we could drive. Post high school we have seen each other less but we still talk all of the time. Dane will always be my best friend and the first person I go to with any good news I get! Fun Facts: Dane is from Bridge City, Texas but currently works as a Physicist in Austin, TX where lives with his wife, Carin, and their two pets. His most controversial opinion is that the best movies end with the villain as victorious. It’s part of the reason Avengers: Infinity War is one of his favorite movies. If you asked Dane to give you a fun fact, he would tell you that giraffes have purple tongues! -Zach

Eva and I met at the end of summer 2020 when she returned for the fall semester at A&M. Having met Zach and the rest of the Suite Boys her freshman year, and started dating Alex that year as well, she was a staple in the friend group and helped me feel welcome as a new girlfriend of one of the guys. We clicked pretty much immediately and have only grown closer over the last three years of friendship! Between brunch dates, Bachelor watch parties, double dates, and just hanging out with our friend group, we share many memories and good laughs. About a month after our engagement, Alex proposed to Eva, and we could not be happier for them as a couple. Seeing each other for the first time since both engagements was so special and fun, and included a lot of happy shrieking and jumping up and down. I love Eva's excitement for life and her fun personality! Fun Facts: Eva is from Coppell, Texas and currently spends her time between Dallas and Toronto for her consultant role at Deloitte. If she had Thanos' glove and could eliminate anything from the earth with a snap, she would eliminate mosquitos (good choice tbh). Her favorite dinosaur is the Plesiosaur, but she thinks dragons are cooler than dinosaurs. If she was a fruit, she would be a mango, because they are "exotic and sweet." I met Alex freshman year of college, he was one of my initial suitemates in Mosher hall at Texas A&M. Of the three roommates Alex probably has the sense of humor that is most like mine. I often find myself telling stories/jokes where I will only be looking at him the whole time as he is likely the person who will react like I am expecting them to. Alex went home the least in college which I was thankful for because anytime I got back to college we would just get to hangout with each other for a few days and play games together. The memories I have playing Enter the Gungeon and Zombies with him will forever be some of my favorite. Fun Facts: Alex is from Midland, Texas, but currently resides in Dallas, Texas where he works for Deloitte as a consultant. He recently proposed to Eva, his long term girlfriend, and we couldn’t be more excited for the two of them! If Alex had an extra hour in his day, he would spend it procrastinating. While he does think dragons are cooler, he would get a pet velociraptor and use it to eat the elite 1%. If barehanded, he estimates he could take out 3-5 wolves. - Zach
Yasmin Safian

Yasmin and I met at the beginning of 2019 during our first semester as radio DJs for KANM, the student radio station at Texas A&M. In the fall of 2019, we started hosting a show together, "A Hopeless Romantic's Guide to Life," a talk show about relationships, both romantic and non. Yasmin has been such a huge influence on my personal growth as a person and I would not be who I am today without her friendship, support, compassion, and perspective. I greatly miss our show planning sessions and our boba tea runs after a successful night in the studio, as well as First Fridays in downtown Bryan and study dates! I love that she always has my back but also keeps me in check, and her love for life and the little things always makes me smile. She also gives great hugs and has impeccable music taste! Fun Facts: Yasmin is from Sugarland, Texas, but currently is earning her Master's degree in Industrial Hygiene at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland. Her favorite type of food is Thanksgiving food, specifically potato and leek soup. Her favorite life hack is eating snacks with chopsticks to avoid getting any food residue on your fingers. I spent the most time in College with Jake. We were in the same major which was Industrial Distribution. This lead to us having the same schedule for the most part. We had class, lunch, and the same nap time every day. We even got to travel to Scotland and Germany together for a study abroad. Those are memories that I will never forget and I got to enjoy them with one of my best friends. Since we had the same schedule in college, we spent a lot of time watching tv together. We watched the entirety of the Challenge (one of my favorite shows from my childhood) together and he showed me one of his favorite shows (Bojack Horseman). Jake currently lives in Houston but that doesn’t stop us from trying to get him up to Dallas so we can continue making memories in the better big Texas city together! Fun Facts: Jake is from New Braunfels, Texas, and currently resides in Houston, Texas. If he had an extra hour in his day, he would spend it with Zach! Danny Devito would be Jake’s pick for the headliner in his biopic. His favorite article of clothing is his red State Farm t-shirt that he often pairs with khaki shorts. - Zach

Andrea and I met in 2003 in a hospital room shortly after her birth. She is my only sister, and while we are complete opposites in a lot of ways, I still love being around her. We didn't always get along by any means (it's hard to when there's a 4 year age gap), but now we are closer than ever and I'm happy to have her as my bridesmaid! It has been a pleasure watching her grow into herself and become a young woman who is kind, gentle, smart, and funny. I am proud of her and love her very much! Fun Facts: Andrea is currently studying her Bachelors in English at East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, TX. If she could eliminate one thing on the earth, it would be all the cockroaches (except for Wall-E's pet). She thinks Velociraptors are the best dinosaur. Her controversial hot take is that "JarJar Binks is just a misunderstood, little clumsy sweetheart who got caught up in some crazy peoples' business." - Madilyn

Jack was my very first friend in college and my first roommate. Jake and Alex were my suite mates so they shared the next room over from us. We had a whole year of living in the same room with each other and that really brings people close. I have memories of trying to take a nap while he was doing homework while listening to music and he was going to town on the air guitar and drums. Jack also watched the challenge with Jake and I but he went a step further with me and watched survivor. We easily watched 25+ seasons together through our time in college. His room was the biggest when we moved to the Stack in college so we called it the “hang room” and basically never left it. Jack’s friendship is definitely unique to me because he is very calm and understanding. I often go to him for advice or just to vent because he is the best at listening and making you feel heard. Fun Facts: Jack is from Sugarland, Texas but currently resides with his girlfriend, Camille, in College Station, TX when he works remotely for Deloitte as a consultant. He’d use Thanos’ glove to smite anyone who dared to lay a finger on “the beautiful and magnificent couple.” He agrees with Dane that he would lose to the wolves in a 1v1 fight (and if you think otherwise, he’d say you’re delusional). The Triceratops is his favorite dinosaur, and he thinks it would be awesome to see a dragon with a Triceratops’ head. - Zach
