Dinner will be served at 6pm. Dinner options: A. Grilled Top Sirloin: 8oz, grilled top sirloin steak with madeira mushroom demi-glace. Served with butter whipped potatoes and steamed asparagus (GF). B. Balsamic Chicken: grilled chicken, marinated tomato salad, fresh basil, and balsamic reduction. Served with oven roasted herb potatoes and garlic green beans (GF). C. Roasted Acorn Squash: stuffed with kale, brown rice, and root vegetable (V/GF/DF).
