Question

How & When Should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining." Please RSVP before December 16, 2024. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.

Where Are The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, & Reception Taking Place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held outside at The Heitman House in downtown Fort Myers, FL.

What Time Should I Arrive For The Ceremony

Answer

The doors of the venue will open at 4 PM and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Cocktail hour and reception will follow right after the ceremony.

What Time Does The Reception End?

The reception will go until 10 PM.

Transportation & Parking

Answer

The Heitman House has valet parking for guests who would like to drive to the venue. Uber is an option as well.

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We are requesting formal attire/black tie optional.

Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We cannot wait to celebrate our special day with our closet family and friends!

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We wish we could include all children but are unfortunately only able to invite immediate family.

Question

Can I Take Pictures During The Ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.
