She is from Greensboro, NC, originally, and now resides in Lillington, NC, where her school is located. Besides playing the piano, she loves traveling, teaching music, crafting, and singing.

The groom is originally from Jacksonville, AL, but he has lived in Germany, Montana, and North Carolina, as well. He graduated from Auburn University in 2014 and now resides in Greenville, SC, where he studies at Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary.
