when should i rsvp?

Answer

Once you have received your invitation we will kindly ask that you RSVP by September 8th, 2024. If you do not RSVP by this date we will mark you as not attending and will not prepare for your attendance. We have a very strict deadline with our caterer and venue.

are children allowed?

Answer

Only the children we have included in our ceremony will be in attendance. We ask that no other children or infants be in attendance. If you have any questions please contact Madeline.

can i bring a guest?

Answer

If you do not have another section on your RSVP for another name, then we do not have a guest marked down for you. Due to costs per person we don’t have a lot of wiggle room in our budget for everyone to have a plus one. If you have any further questions please contact Madeline.

What shoud I wear?

Answer

Cedar Hill is a barn style venue, formal wear is not required. We recommend dressy casual or your Sunday best! Remember your photograph will probably be taken!

can i have my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

No. You will be asked and expected to put away your phone for our ceremony. We want you to enjoy it through your eyes, not a phone screen. We have hired a professional for photographs! We will give you the chance to take a photo at the end of the ceremony if you would like one.

Unplugged Ceremony? What does that mean?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to photograph our special day and we're not paying to have pictures of you holding up your phone during our ceremony! Please remember that before we walk back down the aisle together we will give everyone a chance to snap a photo on their personal phones. But while the ceremony is in process we want you to be fully engaged with us.
