When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Formal invites will be sent out soon. We are kindly asking you RSVP by July 1, 2025. If you know right now you cannot make the wedding, please contact Maddy at (408) 613-4340.

When do I need to book my room by?
Answer
Our travel agent, Stacy, has all the information for booking/transportation. A small deposit is required for booking and we ask that you reach out to her ASAP. Please do not book on your own, we ask that all guests use Stacy. Please have your accommodations booked by June 1, 2025.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes. The Welcome Party is Cocktail Attire and the Wedding is Black-Tie Optional. Think of black-tie-optional guest attire as a fusion between black-tie and formal fashion. For men, you can wear a tuxedo if you want, but a dark suit with dress pants and nice loafers would be acceptable too. For the ladies, a floor-length evening gown is preferred, but a midi cocktail dress would also be appropriate. Please note we will not be on the beach, so no need to worry about sand.

How long should I stay?
Answer
That is completely up to you! The Welcome Party and Wedding are events we ask all guests to attend. Feel free to depart on Saturday to get back home early or stay in the sun until Sunday. We anticipate most guests wanting to arrive on Wednesday, but it is up to your discretion. We will have a jam packed weekend full of fun. Take this time as a vacation, you deserve it!

Can I stay outside of the resort?

Unfortunately, no. We kindly request that our guests stay at the resort for their convenience and to fully enjoy the weekend festivities. Your presence means the world to us, and having you nearby would make our celebration even more special. Thank you for understanding.

Is transportation included?
Answer
Yes - our travel agent will arrange your transportation to and from the resort when booking with her.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on your invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only named people in the invitation are in attendance.

Are children welcome?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a fun, adults only trip!

What is the weather like in Puerto Vallarta?
Answer
The weather in PV will be beautiful in late November. During the day expect mid 80s and in the evening it will cool down to mid 70s.
