"Mountain chic" encouraged - pull out those hats and boots! Transportation will be provided for all guests to and from the Welcome Party. Shuttles will depart from Meadowbrook Inn and The Manor at 7:45pm.

Shuttles will depart at 4:15pm. Pick-up Locations: Chetola (in front of Timberlake's Restaurant), Meadowbrook Inn and The Manor. Parking will not be available at the BRCC Lakehouse. There will be limited parking at the BRCC Clubhouse, with shuttles picking up there as well.

Transportation will be provided from the ceremony at the Lakehouse to cocktail hour at the Clubhouse. Transportation will also be available towards the end of the reception. Shuttles will loop guests back to Chetola, Meadowbrook Inn and The Manor, as well as to Town Tavern (for some karaoke!). Limited parking available at BRCC Clubhouse.
