We met at church back in 2017, Maddie’s mom knew Bryce because he always talked to her about the knot in his head (he thought she was a nurse; she was not lol). Maddie’s step-dad was also Bryce’s Sunday school teacher for a few years. They passed each other every Sunday and Wednesday without a clue they would become Husband and Wife one day. Bryce asked Maddie out August 23, 2017, Maddie was 13 and Bryce was 14. They dated for 6 years before Bryce popped the question. Now we’re here!

We were taking a trip to Universal studios for a on-the-fly trip. Little did I know we would be getting engaged this trip. It was super hard for Bryce to plan the engagement because I was super nosey and was begging for hints. We had just had two awesome days at Universal, and we were going to my favorite pizza joint in Palm Coast. Bryce was super jittery and I could tell he was more fidgety than normal. He wanted to take a walk on the beach which is normal for him because he loves the beach. We walked down the shore, Bryce was on his phone a lot which was weird. We made it back to where we came and I see my dog Charlie. I read his collar and it says, “Will you marry my daddy?”. I turn around and Bryce is on one knee proposing! We come back to my grandparents house and mine and Bryce’s family were there waiting to throw us a party. Bryce did a fantastic job planning and it was amazing!
