You can fly straight to the island to avoid the drive+ferry! United, American, Delta, JetBlue, and Cape Air all service Nantucket from NYC (EWR, JFK, LGA, DXR, and HPN), Philly(PHL), Washington DC (IAD, DCA), Charlotte (CLT), Chicago (ORD), Boston (BOS), and many other small destinations serviced by Cape Air.

If you're looking for accommodations for a larger group, or just want more of the "local experience" check out VRBO. There are a decent amount in the area with options that sleep anywhere from 2 to 24 guests! I would reccomend looking for places near town/in Brant Point if you want to be walking distance from the venue :)
