Shuttle to Hammond Castle

We have a passenger bus to shuttle guests from both the Marriott and Sonesta to Hammond Castle. Pickup on Sunday at the Marriott-Peabody is at 4:15pm, the Sonesta at 4:40pm, arriving at Hammond Castle at 5:15pm. The bus will make 2 pickups at Hammond Castle to take guests back to the hotels. The first pick up will be at 9:30pm, the second at 11pm.

Sumner Tunnel Closure

The Sumner Tunnel, which connects East Boston to Logan Airport, is closed until August 31st, which has resulted in some heavier traffic on the North Shore. If you are renting a car or driving to MA for our wedding, leave yourself plenty of time to get around. The website above outlines several travel options to avoid any issues from the tunnel closure, including discounted train fare from Beverly to Boston, and discounted/free parking along the Newburyport/Rockport train line.

Boston Logan International Airport

Located 33 miles away from Hammond Castle, Logan is the main airport for regional travel in New England, accessible by all major airlines. Travel to/from Logan is easy with public transit (the Newburyport/Rockport T line runs right to Gloucester!) or a rental car.

Located 61 miles away from Gloucester, Manchester-Boston Regional is an alternative airport option, with service from American, Southwest, Spirit, and United.
