Question
Will there be transportation to the wedding?
Answer
Yes, we are arranging transportation for guests to the wedding. The buses will arrive at the Hyatt at 2:00pm with plans to leave by 2:30pm. If you are planning to drive, there is ample free parking available in front of the venue (and if you decide you don't want to drive back later, you can leave it overnight at no charge).

What is the dress code?
Answer
The Welcome Party: Wine Country Chic (as Amanda describes it), think cocktail attire that is not stuffy or uncomfortable. The Wedding: Black Tie Optional - time to bust out the tuxes and long dresses, ladies and gents. All events will be taking place outside and the average temperature is a high of 83 degrees and a low of 64 degrees.

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

We do love your kids but prefer the weekend to be a getaway for mom and dad so please leave the little ones at home!

What time will the ceremony start?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 3 pm. Please be sure to arrive by 2:45 pm.

Is there an open bar?
Answer
Yes, there will be a variety of wines and beer to choose from. Due to licensing restrictions, no mixed drinks will be available.
