Shuttle from Hotel to the Venue

We will have shuttles for anyone staying offsite (Brookdale Lodge or other offsite housing) for both Wednesday and Thursday events. If you are not staying onsite in one of the cabins, you will need to use the shuttles as there is no onsite parking. The shuttles will run as follows: WEDNESDAY: - First shuttle pickup at the hotel: 6:00pm - Intervals: will run continuously from the hotel to the venue and back - Final shuttle returning to hotel: 9:40pm THURSDAY - Shuttle to the ceremony: 2:30pm - DON'T BE LATE! - First shuttle returning to hotel: 8:00pm (and will run on demand from then on) - Final shuttle from venue to hotel: 10:30pm AFTER PARTY - For guests staying in the cabins at Waterfall, there will be a shuttle bringing people from the after-party back to Waterfall starting at 10:30pm - Final shuttle back to Waterfall: 12:30pm

Travel Note

Cars / Rental Cars

We recommend if you're coming from out of town to rent a car as it'll be the easiest, and likely most cost effective, way to get to the venue. Additionally, there's a lot of great stuff to do nearby that you may want to check out on your own. We recommend trying to share a rental car with other folks to 1) save cost and 2) maximize the somewhat limited parking at the accommodations / venue. If you're coming from the Bay Area, we recommend carpooling!

Flight

SJC or SFO

We recommend flying into San Jose Airport (SJC) or San Francisco International Airport (SFO). San Jose is the closest to the venue - about a 45-60 minute drive and SFO is about 1.5 hour drive.
