Rachel always had admired the Angel Oak tree in Charleston South Carolina and always had a dream of getting married there one day. Plans changed when Logan and Rachel decided to get hitched in the beautiful state of Michigan instead. Logan secretly planned a trip to go to Charleston along with Rachel’s Mother Dawn, and her significant other, David. We all arrived at the tree and surprisingly found it to be closed due to weather. We waited for a few minutes and God answered our prayers and they opened the grounds back up. As we were admiring the enormously large tree, and taking a few photos, Logan gets on one knee.... and the rest is history.
