Welcome

Lynnette and Charles met on May 11, 2011. It was an invite only luncheon meeting at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. Lynnette first noticed Charles because he was the first to ask the presenter a question when it came to Q&A time. Charles first noticed Lynnette and her "big hair" when she walked in late (Lynnette claims it was a warm and rainy day and her hair was frizzy). At the conclusion of the meeting, the event continued to a 4 four course luncheon. As everyone settled into their seat, Lynnette purposefully chose the table where Charles was seated and sat across from him. The luncheon is when Lynnette first learned Charles was a vegetarian. She remembered Charles had the same the meal for all 4 courses, rice noodle egg rolls with raw veggies, because there was no other vegetarian option. When the event was over neither Lynnette or Charles made a move, they took one last at glance at each other and parted ways. Until the next day, when she received a Facebook message from Charles asking her out on their first date. The rest is history.

Over the last 12 years, Charles and Lynnette laid the foundation for what now is their best lives together.
