There are some Air B&B's available in the surrounding area. Could be more cost effective for groups that don't mind staying together!

There are quite a few hotels to choose from for those coming from the Cameron area. These will be cheaper than the one closest to the house. It will take you about 30-35 minutes to travel.

There are a number of hotels in the northern part of San Antonio. Travel from the airport is about 30-45 mins...so finding a spot in between is also an option.
