The bulk of our shindig will be held at a large AirBNB we've cleared with the owners to have our reception and stay the weekend with our family and friends. There are 8 bedrooms and couch space (if you don't require/want a room) at the BNB. If you prefer/require other lodging (hotel, etc.), please refer to The Deets section of the website.
If you plan to stay with us starting Friday, we'll have the Rehearsal Dinner Friday night and Breakfast/Lunch provided on Saturday while we get ready. After the ceremony, we'll have cocktail hour and a dinner catered. Sunday, we'll have breakfast together for those that stay or return to the BNB. Please refer to your RSVP and be sure to select which days you'll be staying so we can ensure we provide enough food!
If you know Richard, you know he doesn't drink. If you know Lydia, you know she does. Our compromise is a few signature drinks. If that isn't your jam, you are more than welcome to bring your preferred beverage! We'll have soda, water, tea and coffee covered.
Nope! If you can only stay Saturday night because you have work Monday, we are happy to have you - If you plan to stay Friday to Monday, that's cool too! We just want to know your plans so we can make sure you are fed and entertained while staying with us :)
The AirBNB has a pool and a 7-person hot tub, fire pits, walking trails, sports courts, tons of lounge space indoor and out, large dining and kitchen spaces and an activity center in the basement.
We decided not to do a registry - we've lived together for 8 years, bought and furnished our house and are happy living with what we have. If you'd like to donate to our wedding fund, you can do so via Venmo (@ldharrison1996) or any other method you'd prefer. We are also sentimental about cards, and would love a card from our guests on our big day. If you are not planning to attend, but still want to send a card, please text us for our home address.
