We met on a blind date while Luke was visiting Florida and Hadleigh was in grad school. After a couple of dates, Luke went back home thinking, "There's something very special about this girl." A few months of long distance and COVID remote work protocols led to Luke moving to Florida to discern marriage with Hadleigh until she graduated in May 2021.

After graduation, Hadleigh moved up to Michigan. Luke proposed two weeks later with 300 roses, 19 pages of love letters, and Hadleigh's grandmother's engagement ring on the feast of the Visitation at the Miles Christi Chapel. With God at the center of the proposal, of course Hadleigh said yes, and we began preparing for our vocation to marriage!

We are honored to be called to this beautiful sacrament, and all of the sacrifices, sanctification, and joy that marriage brings. We're especially excited to celebrate the first day of our lives as husband and wife with our friends and family, there with us!
