When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We didn't know this going in, but we quickly realized how much goes into wedding planning. Some of you know and have experienced this yourselves! Therefore, we graciously ask that you would please RSVP no later than March 15th.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue does not have the capacity for on-site parking. However, we have reserved The Santa Cruz Experience Shuttle Service to pick up from our main hotel (Hilton Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley). at various times. Whether you are a guest of the Hilton or driving up for the day, you will be asked to catch the shuttle at the Hilton. You will receive a text message ONE WEEK before the Big Day with you and your party's specific pick-up time. Please reach out to Kaylee at (909) 801-0495 with any questions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 4:00 pm, but you are welcome to arrive around 3:00 pm. There will be lawn games and refreshments before our ceremony begins, so hop on the shuttle and hang out! For those of you who are experiencing physical difficulties with walking on semi-rough terrain, arrangements will be made to help you around the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our ceremony and reception is cocktail attire. This means wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Bring your dancing shoes and wear something that makes you feel good! Our venue can get quite chilly at night, so we suggest bringing something to keep you warm as well.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos. We really do. But we would love to gift you this weekend to celebrate without your littles. So book a sitter and get ready to party! If you believe you have a special circumstance, please reach out to the bride to confirm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation does not specifically indicate a plus one, we kindly ask that your date sit this one out! Don't worry, we are doing our best to make sure you are seated with family and friends whether new or old.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Upon submitting your RSVP, please indicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions and we will be sure to accommodate.
