Do I need to stay at the same hotel as the bride and groom?

Answer

It is preferred, but not necessary. We understand everyone has their own preferences and budgets. We appreciate everyone who will be joining us in Las Vegas! We just ask that you please meet at our hotel for pick up for our ceremony.

How should we dress for the Wedding ceremony?

Answer

Semi- formal/Casual. Our ceremony is going to be in the desert where the ground may be uneven and rocky. Please refrain from wearing heels and uncomfortable shoes. Be comfortable but picture ready!

Is there a specific time when we should arrive to Las Vegas?

Answer

The wedding ceremony is on Saturday, October 12th followed by a dinner . We ask that you arrive at the latest Friday night. Everyone is welcome to arrive and depart on the day and time of their choosing.

Can I drive to The Valley of Fire State Park on my own?

Answer

Yes, you may drive on your own but we will be providing our guests with transportation. We would like our guests to relax and be worry free as they enjoy the scenic ride to our ceremony.

Do we have a schedule for the weekend besides the wedding ceremony and dinner?

Answer

No, we do not. We understand that this is everyone’s vacation. We want everyone to enjoy themselves and experience the Vegas life! Check out our Things to Do page on the website for recommendations.

Is there a group rate or a travel agent you are working with?

Answer

No, we found it cheaper and easier for everyone to book their own trips. We highly recommended you book with Southwest Vacations for the best rates, which include flight and hotel costs.

What are we eating for the reception dinner? I have a dietary restriction.

Answer

We will be having Italian food. Our guests will have the option to choose, chicken, fish, or steak. We will also have a variety of appetizers. There will also be a separate menu dedicated to the children attending. If you have any strict dietary needs or allergies, please reach out to us so we can accommodate you.
