When you visit the link, please follow the below steps to book a room: Step 1: When you click the link, the first image you will see is a black button titled "Wedding Room - Special Discount" - DO NOT select this. Instead, just scroll down where the "Start Date" and "End Date" are listed. Step 2: Please enter “September 12" as the start date, and enter "September 13" as the end date. Step 3: Once the dates are selected, click on the “Check Availability” button. Step 4: You will be taken to a page that shows two room options under a tab titled "Special Rate." You will see "Corp/Promo code - W14" at the top. Step 5: You can click on the black "Select" button, for whichever room you prefer, then you can continue your booking as usual. This hotel is where the Bride and Groom will be staying and we will be having a shuttle bus, B&W Charters Inc., have multiple pick-up and drop-off trips both to and from The Millhaven prior to the ceremony and after dinner.

A shuttle will take a couple of trips from the Courtyard Albion to the ceremony and will also be taking a few trips from the reception after dinner back to the Courtyard Albion. *Start and end time is not final yet*
