Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, once you arrive at Avonlea, parking attendants will direct you where to park. They will then transport guests via golf carts to the ceremony area.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

I would recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to the ceremony so that you have time to park and be transported via golf carts to the ceremony and reception area.

Can I bring a date?

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Although we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults only event. Adults-only, please and thank you!

What is the shuttle schedule?

To Venue: Departing from the Hilton Garden Inn (4050 Cox Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060) at 4 PM sharp! Get there early if you want a seat. To Hotel: Departing the venue at 10:30 PM back to the Hilton Garden Inn
