If you're looking for an incredible eat, local joint Bogey's is the spot! Bogey's has been a local favorite for over 25 years with over 101 shake flavors and a burger to die for. With a variety of options from chicken, beef, pork, and vegetarian, Bogey's is a hit with the whole gang. Salt City Brewing Company
Founded in 2015, Salt City Brewing Company is a newer addition to Hutchinson. Though young, this dog-friendly brewery has taken off for good reason. Salt City Brewing Company strives to brew beer "for the after-work crowd that appreciates a little craft". Not only are their "four core" beers all worth a try, Salt City consistently unveils small-batches, seasonal, and other new brews. Not a beer fan? No worries, their fully stocked bar has something for every taste. Salt City Brewery also has a menu to compete with the drinks! From brunch to dessert, they have it covered. Definitely a fun spot to stop in for a bite or drink!
Strataca Salt Mines
Not for those with claustrophobia or fear of caves, otherwise this is an amazing trip 650 feet below the surface to see 150 miles of the vast salt mine tunnels and why Hutchinson is known as the Salt City! The roughly 2 hour tour will take you deep below ground to see the mines, and learn a bit more about the salt industry.
Cosmosphere
One of the largest space memorabilia collections in the world from the first orbits to space, the first moon landing, and beyond! A family fun adventure! Be sure to stop by Dr. Goddard's lab. Location also shows movies on Friday's in the dome theater inexpensively!
Hutchinson Zoo
A great little zoo for low cost family fun! Admission is a suggested $2/person or $5/family.
Hutch Putt
A fun putt putt course for those of all ages!
