Friday Shuttle to Welcome Snacks and Game Night

November 27, 2023 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Buses will pick up from the Country In & Suites and the Hampton Inn. If you are staying at the Quality Inn please walk over to the adjacent Hampton Inn to get on the bus. Buses will depart the venue to return to hotels at 9:30pm

Saturday Shuttle to Wedding

November 18, 2023 5:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Buses will pick up from the Country Inn & Suites and the Hampton Inn. If you are staying at the Quality Inn please make sure to walk over to the adjacent Hampton Inn to get on the bus. There will be only one pickup so if you want to take the bus make sure to get on by 5:30! The reception will run until 11:30pm however buses will start making trips back to the hotels at 9:30pm
