Maid of Honor
Dina and I met on the first day of Freshman year at Quinnipiac in 2003. We became roommates on the third floor in Commons (!!!) and instantly became best friends. This friendship is still going strong after meeting almost fifteen years ago. The fact that this girl can recite almost every 90s rap song is insane and she's got that CT rage which I find extremely endearing <3 We're both Leos so we fight and love each other just like family. She is the sister I never had so making her my maid of honor at my wedding was a no brainer.
Bridesmaid
Chrissy and I met Sophmore year at Quinnipiac when we were both Orientation Leaders! We spent many a nights in Larson 120 watching The OC together. And from there, we were roomies for the next two years where we spent most of our Fridays afternoons napping and watching Sweet Home Alabama. In addition to being one of the sweetest people I know, she has a heart of gold. I'm glad I have her here to share in my special day!
Bridesmaid
Lauren and I became friends in middle school back in Ridgewood. We used to spend all of science class writing in cursive to one another in our notebooks "Hey Lauren!" It was that kind of light hearted nature that made us a natural fit as roommates. In our three years of living together in Hoboken we became even closer than we'd ever been. There's too many shared memories to list them all. But between all the vacations, red wall parties, and hacking each other's Facebook pages, I can't even begin to describe my happiness knowing that she's one of my bridesmaids!!!
Bridesmaid
Christine and I grew up one street away from each other back in Ridgewood. Our backyards were literally so close I could hear the music blasting from every party her family had. We grew up riding the bus to elementary school, middle school, and the occasional high school day together. Christine is one of a kind with a fun personality! (OH...) She's an amazing friend and an even more amazing wife and mother!
Bridesmaid
Next up is another Ridgewood representative, Sara Sethi. Our friendship goes back to middle school and before that, we played softball together where her Dad coached the team. We've managed to grow closer in the years since graduating high school which is rare. The fact that she has been so supportive of me and Brian, and as special as it has been getting to know Jai and Julian, I couldn't imagine getting married without her by my side.
Bridesmaid
Lydiette is my sister-in-law by way of marriage to my younger brother, Mark. I can always count on her to remind me every day that I'M GETTING MARRIED!!! She is one of the most honest people I know and I love that quality about her. She's an amazing mother to our ring bearer, Alexander, and the newest addition to our family, Nicolas. I feel truly blessed to have her as one of my bridesmaids.
Bridesmaid
Erin is the wife of my older brother, Stephan. I've always admired her because she's one of the smartest and outspoken women I know. Whether it's politics or sports, it doesn't matter the topic, she will gladly debate you which makes her a perfect match for my brother! She's also the amazing mother to our flower girl, Isabel. I'm so happy she said yes to sharing this special day with me!
Flower Girl
Our niece Izzy is our flower girl. At age 3, this kid is the perfect combination of sassy and sweet. Her favorite things include Elmo, the color purple (pronounced POU-PULL) and pasta! She makes us so happy to be an Aunt and Uncle. We miss her every day - thank god for Facetime! Brian and I can't wait for her to be a part of this special day with us. We love you Izzy!
Best Man
My man 50 grand. My ace boon. I've known this dude since we were six years old and we've been down since day one. 'Ye was the first friend I made when I moved to NJ and it's no coincidence that's he's one of the few I still talk to this very day. As we enter our THIRD decade of friendship, our friendship has endured both time and distance. I couldn't be more excited to have this brother as one of my Best Men.
Best Man
The Moonman is also apart of the Best Man team. We met back in my junior year at St. John's and have been inseparable since. We've shared plenty of laughs during our ferry commutes and have commiserated over many Mets losses throughout the years. Being a part of his wedding day with Virginia was so special, it was only fitting that he'd be standing with me on my special day. Oh! And he is ALWAYS right...or at least has to be.
Groomsman
Next up is my younger brother, Brandon. Being nine years apart, he was always the first to be guinea pig on the latest wrestling moves I wanted to try out and he was always the fall guy for when things mysteriously broke in the house. Much like me, he loves a good party and he's also a beast in the kitchen. As we've grown older, I find myself learning more from my younger brother. He's a good dude going in the right direction and I'm very proud of him. But I have to question some of his life decisions because he somehow thinks Kobe Bryant is a Top 5 player of all-time. Go figure.
Groomsman
My future brother-in-law Mark and I share an affinity for Big East basketball, Prince and Arroz con Gandules. And here's a little unknown fact about him, he's quite the dancer. And that's how it should be when you're married to one. He also doubles as my bodyguard when we go out because he's sick with it when it comes to ju jitsu. But what I admire most about this former big brother volunteer is his devotion to his wife and his two sons. I'm proud to have him be part of my groomsmen.
Groomsman
I heard a lot about Stephan from Ali before I met him. Surprise! He definitely wasn't the guy she described. We instantly clicked when we came by his apartment and he threw on Jay Z Unplugged. What I admire about him most is his quest for knowledge. He could be on vacation and he's never a tourist because he knows all the poppin spots where locals hang. He's a super foodie and he's never met an argument that he never liked. If you've got time, you should hear his thoughts on why lobster mac & cheese is a cardinal sin. I'm a big fan of Steve and his family. I couldn't be more excited to have all three of them be part of our big day.
Groomsman
While it’s not confirmed, I’m pretty sure I met Joe laughing over a line from Coming To America. We both share a love for the Knicks, Taylor ham (or pork roll depending on where you come from on the map), Eddie Murphy stand-ups and the movie Don’t Be A Menace To South Central While Drinking Your Juice In The Hood. But I can honestly say that our move to LA wouldn’t have been possible without the couch and support of Joe and his wife Tiffany. Our friendship has spanned over fifteen years and over thousands of miles. Whether at home or in LA, whenever we hang out the laughs are sure to follow.
Groomsman
If you can't find my man Joey B, here's a hint...he'll most likely be on the dance floor. All he needs is that 'five good minutes of hip hop' wherever he goes. While we had a few classes our first year at St. John's, Joey and I cemented our bond during our Study Abroad semester and we've been friends since. He's a devoted family man to his wife Nicole and son Jayden, a top notch teacher and a tremendous football coach. It's company like this that your parents encourage you to keep so I'm grateful to have Joey in my life after all these years standing alongside the Magnificent Seven.
Ring Bearer
Our nephew Alexander is the happiest little boy we know! From the moment he was born he hasn't stopped smiling, except for maybe when he has to go in the car seat. We cannot wait to watch him walk down the aisle on our special day. We love you Alexander!
