Attire is semi-formal or cocktail attire. Since the ceremony and cocktail hour is on grass, wedges or flats are recommended for the ladies. The event is outdoors, so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket in case it gets chilly.
Yes, while there is an indoor area, the ceremony, dinner, and dancing will all be outdoors.

The venue does have parking; however, if you plan on drinking, we recommend using a ride share to the venue and then our shuttle services back to the hotel meeting spot (Hilton Garden Inn). Please be aware that it will be very difficult to get a Lyft or Uber at the end of the night due the venue location.
Yes, guests can leave their car at the venue. Cars must be picked up before noon the next day (Saturday).
San Francisco (SFO) and San Jose (Mineta) Airports are equidistant from the hotels (about 25 minutes). Please be aware of commute traffic depending on your arrival and departure time.
The ceremony, dinner, and dancing will all be held outdoors. Masks are not required outdoors for guests. The venue is asking guests to wear masks while indoors, as well as for the shuttle services. If you are not fully vaccinated, please get tested prior to the event (ensuring there is enough time to get results back). The venue will have roaming cleaners that disinfect all high touch points throughout the event and will provide sanitizing stations.
