FAQs

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

In order to allow everyone, including parents, an evening of relaxation, we have decided for our wedding to be an adult-only occasion. There will be no children permitted at the ceremony or reception. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to take part in our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Although not an easy decision, in light of COVID-19 we were very intentional about our wedding being a small and intimate occasion. If your invitation says “and Guest” or your significant other's name, then yes. If not, you may not bring a plus one.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Friday, September 17.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black-tie optional. Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required. Suits and formal cocktail dresses are welcome.

Question

Is there parking for the wedding?

Answer

SKY Room Atlanta offers valet parking. Upon arrival, inform valet that you are attending the Daniels-Lewis Wedding.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 pm. Ceremony doors will open at 6:30 pm. Our venue is in the heart of Atlanta; therefore, we highly suggest that you arrive early enough to account for Friday evening traffic.

Question

What additional safety measures will be taken on the day?

Answer

Please be assured that your health and safety is our top priority. In line with local legislation and current health authority guidance, our venue is required to adhere to comprehensive cleaning and safety procedures intended to reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure and transmission. While masks are not required for guests in the ceremony and reception spaces of our venue, we completely understand and respect anyone who may wish to wear a mask within those spaces. Additionally, as much as we want everyone to be able to celebrate in person, we do ask that if you are feeling ill or have been exposed to COVID-19 within two weeks of the wedding to please stay home and toast us from afar.
