Our Story

Jake and I first met in 2021 when I was living in Korea and him in Texas. Our paths happened to cross on a random night when gaming with mutual friends. Despite a 14 hour time difference, we started talking every day and quickly became close friends. After a year of talking, I moved back home to Dallas in 2022 and we started our long-distance relationship for the next year and half only seeing each other every 2 weeks! Finally, he made the move from Austin to Dallas in April 2024!

Our Engagement

In a spur of the moment decision, I decided to buy tickets to see Taylor Swift 2 days before her concert in New Orleans in October 2024. Jake decided this was a perfect opportunity to make our engagement special and only had 2 days to plan! Right before leaving to go to the concert, Jake proposed and we got to celebrate our engagement at the concert. It was the most fun and perfect night!

We can't wait to celebrate another perfect night with you all at our wedding!
