Ketubah signing
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
** This event is only for family and designated witnesses. Guests, please wait till 4:30-5pm to arrive. Thank you!!*** Witnesses, please be readily available at this time, This will directly follow the "first look" we will also have family and wedding party photos taken right after the signing.
Guest arrival
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
As you arrive, one of our lovely door greeters will direct you towards the gift table and restrooms or the ceremony grounds!
Ceremony
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Its the moment we're all here for!! We are having an unplugged ceremony, please no cell phones or cameras during this time, we have an amazing photographer who will be able to capture our special moment. If you are wanting to face time an invited friend or family member please talk with the bride and groom first.
Reception
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
After the ceremony the Bride and Groom will spend their first 20 minutes as newlyweds in a private room, where they will be breaking their fast and enjoy dinner together. Beloved guests, friends, & family please find your assigned tables and our wonderful DJ will call each table up to the food bar.
Exit & Clean up
10:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The Bride and Groom have a special exit prepared, and afterwards they will leave the venue. Anyone willing to stay and help clean, your help is greatly appreciated but not expected! The newlyweds have requested that they keep all of the decor that does not belong to the venue. Our coordinator will be able to direct you to where it all goes. We have to be out of the venue no later than 11pm!
