Hotel
This is where the welcome reception, ceremony and wedding reception will take place. All events are within easy walking distance from the rooms. Please mention when booking that you are part of the Sanford/Reinhart wedding party and there will be a discount. There are a limited number of rooms available within the block so book soon! Due to a corporate event there will not be rooms available here on Thursday night. If you would like to extend your weekend there should be rooms available on Sunday night.
Hotel
The Trailhead Inn is approximately 10 miles from Devils Thumb Ranch in the town of Winter Park. We have note reserved a block for the wedding, and things fill up fast in Winter Park in the summer, so please book ASAP if this is where you would like to stay. There is not a discount provided. There will be shuttles going to and from the Trailhead Inn before and after each event (including after the After Party). There are a number of other hotels within walking distance from The Trailhead Inn, however, the shuttle will only be dropping off/picking up at this one location.
Flight
DIA is the closest large airport to Devil’s Thumb Ranch in Tabernash, CO. It is approximately 110 miles and about a 2 hour drive in good conditions. It is advised to make this commute as early in the day as possible on Friday to avoid weekend mountain traffic. It does involve driving a windy mountain pass for about 20 miles.
Shuttle

A shuttle will run to and from the Trailhead Inn on Friday night for the welcome reception and on Saturday for the ceremony and reception. There will also be a shuttle after the After Party.
