We returned to the first hike we did as a couple. We stopped and while admiring the view, Jordan suggested we take a picture together. We set up to take the picture then Jordan dropped to his knee. Jack was kind enough to photograph the event for us. Needless to say, Black Balsam will always hold a special place in our hearts and will become a yearly hike.
