Stearns Wharf
Rent local bikes, or walk on the Pier for a fun afternoon of beautiful sight seeing. For lunch or drinks, Tony and London love a window seat over looking the water at Longboards on the pier.
Visit the Santa Barbara Zoo
If you're an animal lover like London then you'll love the Santa Barbara Zoo!
Walk down State Street
The downtown of Santa Barbara is known as State Street. Here you can enjoy things like shopping- there's even an outdoor shopping mall- great restaurants, bars and adorable local tasting rooms if you're in the mood for wine. Whether day or night, State Street is the place to be.
Head to the Funk Zone!
This one is a bit tricky to explain, but SOO fun to do! Follow the website address to download a full map of the Santa Barbara Funk Zone! The Funk Zone is Santa Barbara’s unique arts, business, and industrial district that resides between State St. and Garden St., and Montecito St. to Cabrillo Blvd. This amalgamation of historical marine structures, industrial lots, and old houses gives the zone it’s face, while it’s occupants that reside and work there give it the soul, supporting a mixture of creative uses.
Boathouse at Hendry's Beach
Tucked away in a calm cove, is one of Santa Barbara's greatest local's restaurants, with one of the best Bloody Mary's in town! Seriously, they're amazing if you like Bloody Mary's. Sit outside for brunch, and indulge in the yummiest seafood around. Bring a towel to enjoy the beach right after. Believe us, you'll want to stay awhile!
Lucky's Steakhouse
Feeling romantic? Wine and dine like London and Tony did on their very first date at Lucky's SteakHouse in Montecito. It's a 20 minute car ride from The Ritz Carlton Bacara, but Tony and London both agree that it's worth every minute! Don't forget to make a reservation!
Lunch at Cava
MMMM... The best gourmet mexican food around! If you're up for a 20 minute car ride, or if you are coming or going from out of town, and feel like stopping somewhere for lunch, this is a must! London never fails to order their homemade Posole and for Tony- the Beef Taquitos. They have excellent margaritas too!
Bowling at Zodos
If you like to bowl then you will love it here! Funnest bowling bar, and only an 8 minute car ride from from The Ritz Carlton.
