Question

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

We’ll be inside for majority of the wedding, but cocktail hour will be held outside. Please dress appropriately for mass and we’d like our guests to wear anything that won’t allow the bride to stand out. Dress your best!

Can I bring extra guests?

Answer

As much as we’d love to have everyone imaginable, only the guests on the invitations are invited! We hope everyone can make it!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We will be mixing ages on both sides! There will be alcohol and we want everyone to stay safe. Keep this in mind for all the little additions welcome to the party!

Will there be travel?

Answer

Unfortunately we are on a tight budget, so please keep this in mind when you’re partying and drinking! We want everyone to get home safe.

Are there hotels for family traveling?

Answer

Unfortunately, we won’t have any specific hotels available but here are a list of the hotels in the area: - Hampton Inn Frederick - Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Frederick - Comfort Inn Red Horse Frederick - WoodSpring Suites Frederick - Hilton Garden In Frederick

Where is the wedding?

Answer

Because of our church ceremony, we do have two separate locations! As stated on the invitations, our ceremony will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Frederick, MD. Plans have adjusted a tad, and the main church will be the ceremony location! The reception will be held at the Walkersville Fire Hall; 79 W Frederick St, Walkersville MD.

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start 1:00 pm, but doors will be closed and there will be no exceptions. We’re asking everyone to arrive promptly at 12:30 pm so we can keep everything on schedule!

What’s the alcohol/bar situation?

Answer

We’ll be providing wine and beer for all of our friends and family! There will be a few variety, but if you aren’t a wine drinker you are free to bring any alcohol you’d like but please keep it on your person throughout the evening.

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy these moments with us and in creating these memories, we’d like to ask everyone to keep their phones away. We’ve hired an amazing photographer to document all of these special moments that we will share with everyone! During the reception, you’re welcome to take any pictures you want.

Where is there parking?

Answer

The church has a parking lot a little father from where the original church stands. When you’re arriving, the gps will tell you to turn but if you go about a quarter of a mile there’s a right hand turn with tons of spots for everyone! The reception also has multiple parking lots and plenty of space for parking.
