Erin and Jessica met when they were both nurses at CHLA. They became best friends bonding over their love for food, a good happy hour, and their nursing trauma. While they started out as coworkers, they have since been roommates, and even classmates while in the nurse anesthesia program at USC. Jess decided to forgive Erin for not inviting her to her wedding and still include her in the bridal party!
Chase Colwell
Officiant & Best Man
Chase may credit himself for Jess & Dev's entire relationship, as he was the one who set them up. So clearly Chase has a pivotal role in their relationship which is why they decided he would be the perfect officiant (Plus he has the gift of the gab). Chase became friends with Jess when she moved to LA and started working with his wife, Melissa. Chase is Devin's younger brother, who growing up rolled with all of Devin and Kits crazy ideas.
Emily McCabe
Bridesmaid
Emily is Jessica's childhood best friend! Emily and Jessica met back in pre-school and have gone through many of lifes milestones with each other. They were inseparable as children and spent nearly every weekend together. Jess and Emily have always shared a special bond, which is evident by the fact that Emily is the only person allowed to call her Jessie!
Kit Colwell
Best Man
Kit is Devin's older brother and has acted as an advisor to Devin since childhood. Although Devin doesn't always listen, he values the patience and knowledge Kit offers. Maybe Devins rebellious stage in childhood was preparing Kit for his future in fatherhood and raising his two boys, Atrus and Declan. Growing up they shared fun memories together like playing Halo, eating icy pops all summer, and accidently sledding onto a frozen lake (which cracked beneath them).
Breeanne Lowe
Bridesmaid
Jessica met Bree when she was living with one of Jess's high school friends in college. They bonded instantly because Bree was in her last year of nursing school and Jess had just started her job as a nurse. Jess and Bree spent their early 20's terrorizing the streets of Pacific Beach (specifically Shore Club). Bree is known for her wild nights out, but also for being a loyal and thoughtful friend.
Ross Bagwell
Groomsman
Devin and Ross met at a bar in Oakland, where they bonded over their love of board games. The next year Devin and Ross became roommates. They spent time going out in SF, doing escape rooms, and even went on a group ski trip to Switzerland together! Ross is a kind and giving person, who became a good friend to Devin and Jess. Ross and Jess bond over Devin's roommate tendencies such as leaving the brita in the sink.
Christine Molina
Bridesmaid
Jess met Christine while she was living with Jess's high school friend and Bree. Steen makes friends wherever she goes and normally takes care of the rest of the group on their nights out. Throughout the years, she has gathered a plethora of blackmail on us and probably will collect even more during the wedding weekend! Christine is a nurse and married her husband Jeffery in May of this year.
Sebastien Perez-Vargas
Groomsman
Sebastien and Devin met while working at Tesla together. Their love of dogs, snowboarding/skiing, and video games created a long lasting friendship. Seabass and Devin are known to talk on the phone for hours since their ADD never lets them finish a conversation. Sebastian always brings positivity and energy to every event, whether its Outsidelands or a casual dinner with friends!
Jared Cheves
Groomsman
Jared and Jess are both shocked at the fact that he is a groomsman because during their first few encounters she hated him. Eventually, Jess warmed up to his Rhode Island accent and sometimes pushy demeanor and he became one of her closest friends in the program. Devin and Jared on the other hand became friends quickly once Jess started inviting Jared places. They spent the next three years attempting escape rooms, playing board games (Jared is still training to hopefully beat Devin at Ticket to Ride), bang banging dinners, and golfing.
