The story of us. Logan's POV

As many of you may know Trevor and I have known each other for the majority of our lives. My first memory of Trevor was in the hallway of our elementary school, he was one year ahead of me and he walked past and said "oh you have one dimple that means you're an alien!" Who knew the little boy picking on me would become my husband! Life happens and we went on our separate paths of life. Luckily we were brought back together by a mutual friend inviting us both to a get-together. We spent the whole time talking and catching up! I had plans with my girlfriends to go out and celebrate my birthday so I ended up leaving. That night I got a call from Trevor asking if I wanted to hangout again soon... AS FRIENDS! I shrugged it off and thought well of course he just wants to be friends. We hung-out a few times after that and he even kissed me one night and I thought that meant I was moving out of the friend-zone, but no he called me the next day and apologized for the kiss. I was crushed, but of course, played it cool and told him he kissed like my grandma! A couple weeks go by we hangout a few more times and then he called me one night. He sounded worked up, he said, "are you done playing games?" I was shocked! I had no idea what he was talking about! He said "are we going to start dating or what because he really liked me and I needed to stop playing all these games!" I laughed and said you were the one that said "AS FRIENDS"! Well, we are friends, but of course we are more than friends as well.

The story of us- Trev’s POV

Logan and I went to Williamson High School and we had many of the same friends. Yet we didn’t talk much in school or never really hung out. After being together she told me she still remembered when she was in kindergarten and I was in 1st grade that I had called her an alien for only having one dimple. The first time we had seen each other after high school was at one of our friends house’s for a party. I was playing beer pong and Logan had just got to the get together. Soon after I asked across the room if she was going to say hi to me and asked how she’d been doing. We caught up and talked about everything, I don’t think we stopped talking the whole time we were there. It was her birthday weekend and she had said she was going out to Corning to celebrate. After she left I asked our friend who was having the party if I could have her number and he agreed. We were also going to try to go along to Corning with Logan but it never ended up happening. Later on in the night I gave her a call to see how things were going. At the end of the phone call I said “if you’re ever trying to hang out as friends to let me know.” I didn’t want to be just friends but I wanted to try playing it cool off the beginning. Come to find out after she said that she thought I was trying to friend zone her and it hurt her feelings. Within a couple weeks later my friend, her and I went to the casino. We had a great time and then went out on Market Street Corning together, then later all staying back at my friend’s apartment. From there on we hung out as much as we could and she finally met my 7 month old daughter, Bella. Logan loved her since they met and she was so good with her. A couple months went by and we started dating and she has been the biggest blessing. I’m so happy that she is who I get to spend the rest of my life with, I couldn’t be luckier.
