Lloyd visited his college friend, John, in Madison, unaware that a house full of people and a small white dog awaited him. He met Sarah, her siblings, her dog Rue, and several friends in her living room that day.   Sarah and Lloyd's first date was at Como Park and Red Cow in Minnesota. They started dating long-distance during the pandemic, not knowing the 4-hour drive would turn into a 4-hour flight when Lloyd moved to LA. Lloyd recruited Sarah's sister and friends to plan Sarah's October proposal.  A scavenger hunt rewarded Sarah with a book, where Lloyd declared his love for her. She returned to her apartment, where Lloyd surprised her with spooky decorations... and a ring.
